About TanQi

Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, I always felt there was a vast world waiting beyond the horizon—a call to explore, learn, and evolve. At 21, I crossed an ocean to work as a lifeguard in America, unaware that this leap of faith would redefine my path. What began as a summer adventure turned into a lifelong journey of transformation, one that taught me courage, adaptability, and the power of living with intention. From those early days to now, I’ve learned that movement—whether across continents or within the body—is the bridge between who we are and who we can become.

Over the years, I’ve worn many titles: aquatic fitness professional, yoga teacher, traveler, writer, and corporate analyst. But none define me more than my role as a lifelong student of energy. From swimming pools to yoga mats, from finance meetings to silent meditations, I’ve discovered that Qi—the vital energy that animates all life—flows through everything we do. It connects science and spirit, breath and motion, thought and action. TanQi was born from that realization: a space to explore how ancient wisdom and modern science intersect in our daily lives through mindful movement, meditation, travel, and storytelling.

Today, TanQi.us is more than a wellness platform—it’s a philosophy of balance, beauty, and awareness. It’s where I share my reflections on health, energy, and the human experience, encouraging others to cultivate harmony within themselves and with the world around them. My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with your own life force, to remind you that vitality isn’t found in doing more, but in being more present. Whether you come here for yoga insights, travel inspiration, or mindful living tips, I hope you leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more attuned to the quiet power of your own Qi.
Meet Tania
Hi, I’m Tania, and I believe wellness is more than just physical health — it’s energetic alignment. For over a decade, I’ve helped people move, breathe, and live in balance through a unique blend of Qi-based energy healing, aqua therapy, and yoga therapy. My approach bridges the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda with modern tools like HRV tracking, fascia mapping, and breath-led movement.

Whether we’re working together in the water or on the mat, my intention is the same — to help you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence and restore the natural flow of energy within. I integrate meridian work, mindful movement, breath awareness, and sound therapy to create experiences that not only calm the mind but awaken the deeper layers of the self.

If you’re feeling out of sync, overwhelmed, or simply ready to come home to yourself, you’re in the right place. TanQi.usis your sanctuary — a space to heal, realign, and rediscover the beautiful rhythm of your own Qi.

My Goals
My mission is simple: to help you return to your center and remember what it feels like to live in harmony — body, mind, and spirit. Through personalized wellness coaching, retreats, and immersive sound baths, I guide you toward:

🌿 Reclaiming your inner vitality
💫 Building emotional resilience and nervous system balance
🌊 Releasing chronic tension and energetic stagnation
🔥 Exploring the connection between fascia, flow, and Qi

I envision TanQi.us as more than a brand — it’s a movement toward conscious living and energetic freedom. Every class, retreat, or breathwork session is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and activate your body’s natural capacity for healing.

Together, we’ll raise your vibration — one breath, one wave, one practice at a time.
